Mrs. Mina Naderi holds PhD degree from The Peoples' Friendship University of Russia and has diversified experience over 20 years in governmental and non-governmental Organizations. The focus of her activities has been on education and training, providing consultation services for vulnerable women and girls, Social service, media activities for reflecting the problems of Afghan women, research and management of several civil organizations in Afghanistan. Mrs. Mina Naderi is a former female deputy mayor of Herat Province, Afghanistan. Mrs. Naderi was one of the few Afghan female deputy mayors in Afghanistan. She is known for her efforts to advance women's rights in Afghanistan. Mrs. Naderi promoted education for women and children by advocating for access to good schools and creating opportunities for non-formal education for her constituents in Kabul & Herat provinces. Mrs. Naderi was one of the leading candidates in the 2018 parliamentary elections in Herat province and had the most votes among women. Mrs. Mina Naderi, with her specialized knowledge, great experience and familiarity with the problems and needs of women, will be effective with her scientific consultations to realize the policies of CMCO
