Mr. Fakhruddin Qarizada is the chief executive of CMCO with a master's degree in international relations from the private university of Afghanistan, Kabul. Mr. Qarizada is an expert in conflict resolution with 12 years of experience in the fields of education, humanitarian aid management, conflict resolution, researching, journalism and consultation. He has specialized knowledge in crisis management and peace building process. Mr. Qarizada has worked in the positions of: Chief in Editor with Soud Monthly, News Manager in DHSA (The Killid Group), Head of News and Reporters with Amu Media Group, Communications Officer of SSSPO, Information Officer of NSDO in WFP humanitarian aid project. Lead Field Researcher of SFCG, surveyor with UNODP and Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan. He is a well-known author and has written and many topics in national and international media. Mr. Qarizada leads the organization across program and operational functions, lead the CMCO staff and volunteers, lead on program developments and fundraising efforts, and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
